Update Your Home on a Budget

One of the issues affecting the selling prices in Cherry Hills is a lack of updates. We’re competing with newer construction in our price range, so buyers are expecting to find a home that doesn’t look like it was decorated in the 80’s or 90’s.

Neighborhood Questions for HOA

I’ve met a lot of my neighbors this year (thanks for coming to my open houses!), and one of the questions I often get is how to communicate with the homeowner’s association. Curtis Interchange Updates

Development plans continue with the Curtis Interchange, including the relocation of staff from Carle to the new Carle at the Fields. This is something I’m following closely because of the obvious impact it will have on our neighborhood (positive or negative, depending on the final development).
